The Carnitas Installation pushes the boundaries and challenges the idea of traditional signage for a passion fueled restaurant in North Park designed by the Bradley Projects. Objectifying the the theme of the restaurant, the roof mounted piece identifies the restaurant in a more abstract and artistic way than traditional methods of signage could achieve. The fabrication process uses the simple process of contours to outline the frame of a Berkshire Pig scaled to the final dimensions of 4’x10′.
